Since launching our first Christmas in July event in 2023, our brokers, volunteers, and community members have come together to make a truly incredible impact. Over the past three years, we’ve filled three truckloads of toys and raised over $2,700 for local families in need, all in support of the Forgotten Children’s Fund.

The Forgotten Children’s Fund is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to giving underprivileged children and their families a truly merry Christmas. With the support of our Seattle-area community, they are able to purchase, wrap, and deliver gifts, with Santa and his Elves leading the way, to hundreds of deserving families each year.

Families are carefully selected based on need, often those not served by other organizations. Volunteers go the extra mile to learn each child’s name, age, clothing size, and special requests. Beyond toys, assistance may include groceries or help with essential expenses like utility bills. The Forgotten Children’s Fund proudly serves King, Lewis, Skagit, Island, Snohomish, Whatcom, and Chelan Counties, ensuring that no family is forgotten during the holidays.
